As part of my job at the Clinch-Powell RC&D, I developed a series of small business development seminars focused on attaining aggressive and affordable marketing strategies. The attendees of this class came from across the region and left with a wealth of information and tactics that they could actually use. A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a College Scholars degree in public relations, mass communications and journalism, Alice Fleenor is well versed in all aspects of the media industry. As a student at MTSU, she studied journalism and later moved to the University of Tennessee’s multi-disciplinary honors program. While attending UT, Fleenor studied photography and media at AIU in London, England, where she traveled and worked as a Parliamentary journalist, reporting primarily on sustainable waste issues abroad.
